The time required to maintain these web sites is considerable. The cost to do it is not a burden, but it is significant. Selling a book now and then helps to defray this expense. I will probably never recover my publishing cost, but I didn't spend the many years and dollars searching for these old Savages to make money. As corny as it may sound, I did it because I am proud of my family and I want to share its history with the many "Cuzzins" I find across the country, and in fact, the world.
